Cosmetic Condition
The audiometer is in fairly good cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
Please see the photos for more detail.
The last calibration for this audiometer was in 2016. It will need to be calibrated if intended to be used in a clinical setting.
Includes Telephonics TDH-39P earphones and the original GSI AC adapter.
No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship.
Testing
We tested the audiometer by plugging it in, connecting the headphones, and powering it on. All functions appear to be normal. We had no issues playing different tone types at any frequency. Left and right channels work fine.
This is the full extent of the testing performed. We believe the audiometer is in working condition.
Return Policy
If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of returning the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items). Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Items will be shipped out, at the latest, the day after payment is received.
