VTG. (1956) ~ "CYD CHARISSE PAPER DOLLS", BY WHITMAN ~ ORIGINAL!!!

Description

Being offered is a set of  the rare "Cyd Charisse Paper Dolls"!!!  The set is not complete.  It is missing 4 hats and one top.
The outfits are gorgeous and have been cut out nicely.  Most of the 'tabs' on the clothing are in tact.
NOTE:  On the backs of each of the outfits are names written with pencil (either Bev or Sue) but this does not affect the frontside beauty of the clothing any.  See the above photos!!!   Other than that the clothing is bright, colorful, nicely cut, & in good used condition.
NOTE:  The Two Dolls are in 'Poor Condition'-- both having Creases on their Necks, Ankles, & Arms.  One of the Dolls has a Vertical Shoulder Tear from the (top middle of her shoulder) going downwards below the bust. (about a inch and a half)  which is very neatly mended (on the backside) with acid-free 'linen' tape.  Also the doll's neck's is re-enforced (on the backside) with acid-free 'linen' tape.  SEE Above Photo Images!!!   If  you like, I will re-enforce the wrist creases as well using the same linen tape.
This set is very RARE and 'Hard to Find', especially, for this price.  The only vintage set made of "Cyd Charisse".  It would make a lovely addition to a vintage paper doll collector.
The Dolls and Clothing 'sold as is' will come well packaged in acid-free & 'lignin'-free materials.
