Screw is jammed in the back of the remote so a strong hand or somebody who is more familiar with tools will need to help loosen it
The battery packs on the bottoms of the doll's shoes are both clean and are in good condition
Unfortunately because the remote is jammed it is uncertain at this time if the doll works or not
However, she shows only some slight signs of play and use, the doll's hair is like new as is her body and face.
