Description

The PRO Series has a bottom mounted manually filled water pan and a fan to provide uniform distribution of heat and humidity.  It has a stainless steel exterior and tempered glass Dutch doors for full view of your product. The PRO-8 can sit on a counter and comes with 4” legs, and has a capacity of eight 18”x26” sheet pans. Casters in lieu of legs are optional.
The PROW Series with Automist has an autofill connection (1/4” water line required), which eliminates the need for a water pan, and a fan to provide uniform distribution of heat and humidity.  It has a stainless steel exterior and tempered glass Dutch doors for full view of your product.
