Rare 1999 American Girl "The Birthday Book" Catalog

This is a rather rare Pleasant Company American Girl catalog from 1999(copyright Pleasant Company). I can not find any on the internet that are "The Birthday Book " as this one is. There are 69 pages in the catalog, which includes American Girl and Bitty Baby both. It is in very nice condition, fully intact with only very minor surface wear and a slight wrinkle on the back that may have come from dampness, however it does not show to the other side. The last two pictures show the front and back of what I am talking about. Lots of great pictures  and an insert on Birthday packages.
Nonsmoking home. No smells.  I will combine shipping as practicable given the nature of the items. Please do NOT pay until I invoice you if you have more than one item or you may pay too much-it depends on the combined items.  I generally try to ship the next day despite the Ebay allowance of three days. Please note that I do not try to make money on shipping. Most items require first class package shipping or priority which allow for protection to the item and the tracking that Paypal requires.
