Item was received as medical surplus and is in good condition aesthetically.
There are no cracks or major chips. There is no writing or etching or non manufacturer stickers present.
There are general signs of use - including minor scratches - but overall a solid unit with no noteworthy damage - as shown.
Everything is in good working order based on our testing. Audible tone was heard in both headphones and level adjusts properly. So everything is working properly - although we cannot guarantee proper calibration.
Latches are in good working order.
