This device works great for checking the presents of volage on a line or checking the absents of voltage on a line before grounding. You can check difference in voltage between phases before tying to circuits together. Everyone working on medium to high voltage should have a phase/ voltage tester in their truck with them at all times. Comes with instructions and a heavy duty metal case.
