This listing is for an incredibly handy new old stock Hubbell Chance bolt circle adapter used for connecting 2 anchor tools, locking dog assemblies or kelly bar adapters with incompatible bolt circles.  This is a very versatile tool that will help solve many anchor tooling problems.  The adapter is unused but shows signs of shelf life including some light rust.
