This Patient Response Switch is manufactured specifically for a GSI 16 Audiometer with the 4 prong connection.

Handle Size- 4.5" long
Cordage- 18 gauge heavy duty cord, 5' in length
Connector Plug- 4 Pin (Specific for GSI 16)
Description:  The PS-901/700 is an industrial grade, momentary contact cord switch.  The lightweight but large assembly is an ideal signaling device for hearing test responses.  The adult sized diameter permits long periods of use without hand muscle cramping and is very agreeable to arthritic hands common in geriatric populations.  Custom cord lengths are readily adaptable and available.
