When you replace your old heating element, the Cauldryn App will connect to the new heating element once it is connected to the mug and powered. You can control the temperature of your beverage with the app, which offers preset temperatures for green tea, black tea, brewing coffee, boiling water, and cooking freeze dried food on the home screen. The Cauldryn Heating Element’s temperature can also be set using the buttons on the right side of the LCD display. The top button to the left of the display controls the power saving mode, and the bottom button toggles the temperature unit from Fahrenheit to Celsius.

Cancellations:

If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations. If an item has free or discounted shipping, the full shipping and handling cost, according to SIM Supply Inc. or our current print catalog for the shipping weight of the item, will be deducted from the refund or credit amount. Returns:
Returns for products purchased must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be in the original packaging, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Please contact customer support in order to obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to sending back the product.
