Single ear piece you hold up to ear included, as pictured.
Unit is functional. Sounds seemed to work well when I tested it. Not sure if they originally came with two pieces to hold up to your both ears, but you can switch the single earpiece from left to right on where it’s plugged in to still accomplish the objective.
Calibration is out of date, of course. Last calibrated many years ago.
