This Aura Standard Two-Piece Baroque Soprano Recorder is made of pearwood, a softer wood with a warm tan color and fine grain. It uses the same attractive, well-tuned design as the AUAS1B (Aura standard soprano in Bubinga wood.) The recorder speaks easily throughout its full range, with a softer, woody sound that is great for ensemble playing. The recorder is lightly laquered on the outside and has a straight windway.
