Condition is Used, good used condition.
This is a lot, with quite a few pieces they are as follows:
•The loft bed, white pink and green, with bedding pad and pillow, stairs leading up the the loft bed, and space underneath to play!  It also has cube shelves at the end to store things. The loft bed measures (H) 22 inches x (L) 20.25 in. X  (D) 9 in.
•A blue, pink, and purple spinning wardrobe. One side has a rod to hand clothes, one side has a shoe organizer, one side has a mirror and fold out table and one side has shelving to fold clothes. measures (H) 17 inches x (L) 8 in. X  (D) 8 in.
•a pink and white nite stand with 3 drawers (H) 6 inches x (L) 4 in. X  (D) 4.5 in.
•a computer desk, with a laptop, a pencil that the doll can hold in their hand, 2 file folders, and lab safety rules. The desk drawer opens. (H) 12 inches x (L) 11 in. X  (D) 5 in.
•A pink and green low square chair to sit at the desk or wherever you want to use it.  (H) 2.5 inches x (L) 7 in. X  (D) 7 in.

The only flaw to this set is one of the bottom white connector pieces on the bottom of the bed, the little end pieces that snap together is broken on one side, but it still fits together just fine. Just wanted to mention this because the bed will be disassembled upon arrival and you will have to put it together.
The laptop and file folders are inside the desk drawer.
