The book was written by Bill Beck, it is copyright 1995 (first edition)
and published by Viking Press, Minnesota... The book is a very well researched and well written history of The Pennylvania Power & Light ompany (now simply known as PPL), founded and still headquartered in Allentown, Pa.  The book also contains more than 300 old & historic photographs, and a number of illustrations.  The book is 27 years old, and it is in mint/very-near-to-mint condition --
it's like new!
The dust jacket is in good condition, with a few very small tears on the edges, and approx. 12 very small, white-colored "scuffs" on the front cover, just below the nuclear reactor.  Buyer pays .00 shipping -- it is quite a large and heavy book.
