Awesome transitional die clash variety!  Several major transitional clashes are known in the United States series including Cents Clashed with Quarters, Half Dollars, and a Gold Doubled Eagle clashing(wowzers!)
Here we have the FS-402 Flying Eagle Cent (Snow-9) clashed with the 1857 Seated Liberty Half Dollar.
Heavy clash marks are evident throughout AMERICA as well as other marks in field from eagle's beak to wing, and top center of left wing protruding into field - Coin looks like it was cleaned and has some marks and mishandling. Still a very BOLD example of this super scarce variety and should be considered in any major variety collection
