Flying Eagle cent for sale, minted sometime between 1856-1858 (the date is worn away and not visible). The coin pictured is the exact coin you will receive. The front of this coin has been completely smoothed and the numbers 1 and 2 have been counterstruck into the coin. I am not sure what purpose this coin served over the years, but I have never seen anything like it.
