120 Volt Used Electric Fence Charger - Keep Livestock in or Garden Critters Out

This offering is for an electric fence charger from estate clean out.  Claims to run 25 miles of fence.   I put a tester on it and it works.  Power cord looks junky but works but probably should be replaced.  This runs on 120 volt and not solar or battery.  Has some surface rust and will not look new.
